Who are we?
AAEIF – Association for the Support of Emigrants, Immigrants and Families is a non-profit organization operating nationwide. Our mission is to support emigrants, immigrants and their families in their social, cultural and economic integration. We offer guidance, education and support services, and also work to defend their rights. We promote opportunities for development and well-being on equal terms, collaborating with various organizations to build a more inclusive and supportive society.
We are an association open to all nationalities and with a real commitment to social inclusion.
Vision
A network by your side
Our vision is to be recognized as a reference in Lisbon and Portugal in promoting the social, cultural and economic inclusion of emigrants, immigrants and their families, actively contributing to a more just, welcoming and inclusive society.
We have experienced professionals and mediators who guide and support each person with empathy, discretion and responsibility. We work in collaboration with institutions such as the High Commissioner for Migration (ACM), the CLAIM network, local authorities and other local organizations , creating a safe and effective support network.
Our journey began with a group of people who knew firsthand the challenges of starting over in a new country. It was from this experience that the desire to help others was born — and that's how AAEIF was born.
Purpose

Our purpose is to empower and transform lives, promoting dignity and respect for the rights of emigrants, immigrants and their families. We work to create bridges between cultures, communities and opportunities, always with the commitment to strengthen the integration and development of all.

- Support already provided to thousands of people and families
